What we do
Large organisations depend on systems that need to be accurate and secure. They have to decide who can approve what, which records each person can see, and keep a record of every change. Packaged software often does not fit these rules, so organisations end up working around it.
We build software that fits. Our team covers business analysis, design, development, testing and support, so one team is responsible for the system from the first workshop until long after go-live.
How we contract
Royal RS Conglomerate (Pty) Ltd owns Rycefield and is the contracting party for all Rycefield work. It also owns the source code of the systems we build.
Every project is delivered as a managed service for a minimum of 12 months from go-live. We host, monitor, support and improve the system, so the team that built it stays responsible for it.
